Alhamdulillah...rezeki

aku bersyukur arini aku dpt lagi berita gembira...mula2 cuak gak ble dis year xde increment..selalunyer ada...tp last2 ptg td dlm kul 4 lebih..dpt email dari datuk farish...pengumuman yg sgt2 menggembirakan...mcm tau2 jer aku nak guna duit tuk pindah umah wiken nih...yahoooo...alhamdulillah...mmg aku nekad sign mati keje opis nih...very2 hepi working here...ailebiu datuk...tawun dpn jgn loper bg lagi yer...

"I am pleased to announce that the Board has approved the proposed annual salary increment for FY 2008/2009. The basis to award the increment is similar to that used for the payment of discretionary bonus earlier. This increment is effective from 1st April, 2009 and the arrears to this effect will be paid on 28th October, 2009. For your information, the Company will be implementing an enhanced Performance Management System (PMS) next year. Following its implementation, every employee’s performance will be thoroughly assessed based on the qualitative and quantitative attributes where appropriate. HR will conduct briefing sessions on the enhanced PMS to all employees before it is rolled out .
