As an appreciation and in recognition for the hard work & commitment displayed by employees, I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved the payment of a four (4) months bonus in respect of the Financial Year (FY) 2009/2010 to all eligible employees.
Eligible employees who served less than 12 months in the FY 2009/2010 will receive their bonus on prorated basis. Employees with Performance (PPES) Rating of ‘1’ will not receive bonus.
The Board of Directors, at a later stage, may decide to award a discretionary bonus, if any. A formal notification to all employees will be issued accordingly.
I hope you will continue to discharge your responsibilities diligently to achieve superior work performance without compromising on our SAFETY to realize the Company’s aspirations to be the leading player in the O & M business within the oil and gas industry.
The above four (4) months bonus will be paid together with your May 2010 salary.
