Dear All,

As an appreciation and in recognition for the hard work and  commitment displayed by employees, I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved the payment of  Bonus for the Financial Year Ended 31st December 2012 to eligible employees.

Quantum of this Bonus depends on your individual performance rating as per the Performance Planning & Evaluation System (PPES), your attitude, behaviour and commitment towards the job, and, the Company’s performance too.

Eligible employees who served more than 6 months but less than 12 months for the Financial Year Ended 2012 will receive their bonus on a prorated basis.

Employees with Performance (PPES) Rating of ‘1’ and ‘2’ will not receive any bonus.

 I hope you will continue to discharge your responsibilities diligently to achieve superior work performance without compromising on our SAFETY to realize the Company’s aspirations to be the leading player in the O & M business within the oil and gas industry.

The above bonus will be paid together with the February 2013 salary on 1^st March 2013.
