Dear All,
I am pleased to announce that the Board has approved the discretionary annual salary increment for FY 2013.
Similar to last year, the basis on awarding increment is based on the compa-ratio method which has been adopted by the Company. Only those with PPES ratings of 3 and 4 will be accorded increments, provided their current salary has yet to reach the maximum of their salary range.
For those whose salaries are above the maximum limit,
you will be accorded an inflationary lump-sum payment.
This increment is effective from 1st January 2013 and the arrears to this effect for those eligible will be paid on 26th April, 2013.
We hope you will continue to discharge your responsibilities diligently to achieve superior work performance without compromising on our SAFETY values and to support the Company’s aspirations to be the leading player in the O & M business within the oil and gas industry.
