Further to the X month bonus paid in April 2011, the Board is pleased to announce that the Company will be making an additional payment of discretionary individual performance bonus to selected eligible employees based on overall performance achievement, most importantly of which is attitude, behaviour and commitment towards the job.
Congratulations to the staff who have accomplished the above achievements.
We hope you will continue to discharge your responsibilities diligently to achieve superior work performance without compromising on our SAFETY values to support the Company’s aspirations to be the leading player in the O & M business within the oil and gas industry.
Eligible employees who have served less than 12 months in the FY 2010/2011 will receive their bonus on a pro-rated basis.
Kindly be informed that the bonus payment to performing employees is discretionary in nature and that the quantum may vary from year to year.
The above bonus payment will be paid on 26th August, 2011 together with the August, 2011 salary.
